• We currently only ship to the United States
• Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.
• Estimated shipping delivery times: 3-5 business days

Order never arrived

If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

First, check your shipping confirmation to make sure you entered the correct address. If the address is incorrect, we're sorry, but you'll need to reorder at your own cost. 

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at hello@mamava.com and please note your order number. We'll make it right.

Return policy

Damaged items

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives damaged, email us at hello@mamava.com within a week.  Please include photos of the damaged product and the packing slip.

Wrong size

Unfortunately, we cannot issue returns or exchanges at this time.

Our apparel is unisex and runs true to unisex sizing. If you normally wear a women's medium, you may want a unisex small.
